Ecampus is the best site online to buy textbooks from and also the best place to sell. It is the largest online textbook store with thousands of textbooks available at discount prices.

They buyback used textbooks and also provides the rental service.

For my buying and selling needs I always use http://www.bigwords.com They are a textbook search engine that searches all the online textbook retailers (including amazon, half, ebay etc) and rental sites (including chegg, bookrenter etc) to find you the best prices. You can even use them at the end of the semester to search for resellers to sell your books to.

My brother did this and said it was great:
He bought all of them on http://www.amazon.com/ for a really cheep price, then when he was done, sold them all on ebay and ended up getting much more money than he paid for.
