It works, but do you want to spend hundreds of dollars so that you can then spend even more money buying books to read on it? Personally I think it is great for people who are always on the go and cannot cart around a library with them, but for less travel inclined people I think it is just an impulse buy. And what if you decide down the road that you like another e-reader more? Then what?

I believe that downloadable books are called "E books". I prefer reading them in my hands, however. It is sentimental.
