I liked the O’Malley books by Dee Henderson. I also enjoyed the Christy Miller series by Robin Jones Gunn.

Francine Rivers books (Redeeming Love is a really good one). She is my favorite aurthor and she writes more for the adult populace. Of course there are authors like Janet Oke who write for the younger teens.

How about the Bible? It has some pretty good stories in there, and since you’re Christian and all. Whoever wrote that was a fairly talented writer, and creative too. Opening the sea! Ha! Who would’ve thought?

The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S.Lewis
books that are written by George MacDonald, he’s really super good.

Look at Red, White and Black by Ted Dekker. They would be preferable for a male, but they are good either way. It is sort of a retelling of Genesis and has great plot and story.

For teen girls: Anything by Grace Livingston Hill. She wrote a whole series of Christian romances. They are good, clean, Godly stories.
