		<description>&lt;b&gt;Do you seriously ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; Do you seriously think they make all books that way - by taking 8.5 x 11 sheets of paper and cutting them down to the size of the book? The only reason they use that paper is to avoid having to stock and load various different sizes of paper at each espresso book machine location.</description>
