I sold some of my books online, and I sent them last Friday on 2/19? How long will it take me receive my payment via PayPal?
Two weeks I think. Most bookselling merchants like Amazon.com, Ebay, Half.com has a biweekly schedule, disbursements usually occur on the 15th and 30th/31st of every month.

On the Barnes and Noble website, when looking at a specific book, it will show other sellers with the book and book availability. Under availability, it will ask for your zip code to find the closest Barnes store in that zip area. Then it will ask if you want to check to see if the book is in stock at that store.
